We want you to love your Aqua Glow. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns work.
1. Return Window You may return your Aqua Glow within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
2. Condition Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that show signs of use, damage not caused by us, or missing accessories may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. How to Start a Return Contact us at pucunia3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover return shipping or arrange a replacement at no cost.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
